About Konyaalti, Konyaalti Transfer

Konyaaltı is a district located at the western end of Antalya and the district where there is a beach with the same name. It has 10 villages and 29 neighborhoods. It is adjacent to Kepez via Çakanlar Road, to Muratpaşa with Dumlupınar Boulevard, to Kemer and Kumluca to its south, to Döşemealtı to its north and to Korkuteli to its northwest.

It is estimated that the area called Konyaaltı today was called "Koyaaltı" until the end of the 20th century due to the fact that Antalya is located on the cliffs, and in time it turned into Konyaaltı in the colloquial language.

According to the settlement map of Anatolian civilizations, Konyaaltı is located within the borders of Lycia. Lycia is the border with Pamphylia. The name of the city located in the Konyaaltı region of the Lycian civilization, which is known to date back to 30 years BC, is Olbia.

Antalya's port is located in Konyaaltı. It is also approximately 20 km from Konyaaltı Antalya Airport.

A part of Antalya Beydağları, Boğaçayı and Çandır Stream are located within the borders of Konyaaltı region.
